Q: What is Zachary Douglass?
A: Zachary Douglass, LLC is an online photo and text editor that allows individuals and funeral homes to create 100% custom funeral printed products. 1) Select a funeral background template (there are hundreds to choose from) 2) Edit photos, and add text all in a few clicks 3) Save and print FREE .pdf document.
Q: Why does my browser get stuck on the loading page sometimes?
A: We use the latest HTML5 technology. Users currently have to USE Google Chrome as their browser to use this technology. Support for other browsers like Firefox, IE, and Safari is coming soon. Google Chrome takes about 30 seconds to download and is FREE as well.
Q: How many pictures can I upload into the Zachary Douglass software application?
A: You can insert as many pictures as you want into the online photo editing application. We do suggest not over crowding your project.
Q: How often is the Zachary Douglass funeral software updated?
A: We are updating our application and inventing new tools on a daily basis. We post updates to our funeral software as soon as we feel the improvements are good enough for our users. Because our software is not downloaded on to your computer, all users will be using the latest version. Wahoo for no downloads!
Q: After I create my final funeral product and save to a PDF, can I go back and make changes at a different time?
A: Yes! You can access your existing funeral project at anytime from any computer by logging into your account. From there you can make as many changes as you want. This is the beauty of our online funeral photo editing software.
Q: Does ZacharyDouglass' online software only work on certain computers?
A: No. You can use any computer, Mac or PC. Of course the faster and better the computer and internet connection, the fast and better our online funeral software will run. Although, you do have to use certain internet browsers. When you start a project our software will tell you if you need to use a different browser. As browser technology gets better, more browsers will support this new technology. Our software currently works best in Google Chrome.
Q: Can I access my Zachary Douglass project on a different computer?
A: Yes! You can access your projects, finished or unfinished, on any computer as long as they are running the correct browser. You can even start your custom funeral project on one computer and finish it on another as long as you are logged into your account. You can also give your username and password to a friend or coworker to allow them to look at and/or finish your design.
Q: Can I use Zachary Douglass if I loose my internet connection?
A: Yes and no. You need an internet connection so our servers can talk to your computer, but if you loose your intern connection while you are working on your project, you can keep working and our servers will be updated as soon as that connection is restored.
Q: How many copies can I print of my finished funeral project?
A: You can print unlimited copies! We DO NOT limit or even want to keep track of how many copies you print. We do suggest finding a low cost printing source. Some printers charge as little as $0.05 per color copy. Feel free to contact us for suggestions.
Q: Who do I contact if I need help?
A: Click on the "Contact Us" tab in the top navigation bar of the ZacharyDouglass.com website. Feel free to call or email us 24/7 or use the live chat help when available. We are happy to help. We can even logon so we can see your screen if we need to. This allows us to help our customers quickly and efficiently.
Q: How do I order blank paper to print my projects on?
A: You can order and use any other funeral paper you want as long as our software supports it. Buying paper from a local paper supplier is usaully most cost effective. If you want to spend the money for microperfed paper then contact us and we can help you with that. We will probably have an online cart in the near future.
